Our Development Process

An Experienced NPD team, which takes up Customer Enquiry till Sample approval. NPD Team takes up technical evaluation to Feasibility study to prototyping to Sample Approval and by engaging customer on a day to day basis. Once the Samples Approved by Customer , hands over the production and delivery responsibility, based on Customer schedule requirements to the Customer Support Team
Customer support team along with Planning team, based on customer Schedule/Volume requirements and priorities work out the production plan in agreement with the Production Team at the Shop Floor.
At this stage various other teams such as Raw material store, Tool Setting and maintenance team, In house Quality team gets involved and thus Production Begins.
Components/Parts Produced at the Shop Floor, are handed over to the respective Customer Support Team.Customer Support team is responsible for ensuring that customer gets the product/parts on Schedule with all final processing and Finishing/packaging requirements taken care.
Each Customer support team act as a representative of respective customers inside the company.This team co-ordinates with all required service teams.
All the teams involved follow a well established process based on IATF standards for Automotive customers and ISO 9001:2015 for other industry Sectors.

Acquired an Additional 20,000 SQ Feet space, for future development
Plans to add higher tonnage press to meet customer demand
Plan to increase Coil feeder capacity
Plans for turret punching and spot welding machines
